About Me

Yá’áht’ééh!

My name is Mya Belen and my clans are Tódích’íinii(Bitterwater) nishłį, Tłogi(Zia Weaver) báshíshchíín, Ta’neeszahnii(Tangle) dashicheii, Chíshí(Chiricahua Apacha) dashinalí.

I am born and raised in a small community in New Mexico called Crownpoint, but currently residing in Denver, Colorado with my small family. I am also a new mother to a beautiful healthy baby girl.

Growing up, I was taught many traditional stories, beliefs, and songs that I hold dearly in my heart. That being said, I love my culture and have grown very fond of my families livestock animals especially horses. I have competed in Rodeos, Endurance horse races, and field days all over New Mexico and Arizona.

I started this business back in 2020 when covid came around. I was a senior in high school when they told us school will resume in 2 weeks. Once we heard how devastating it became and when they cancelled school, I began my journey. I had this idea to make minimalistic stationary items for journaling and then make bigger things! After sometime, I discontinued and took a break until recently. Once I had my daughter, I became a stay at home mom which I love! Now I have some time and a way to make some money to help contribute to my small family.
